Another failed attempt to escape  Çörüş. The wind isn't here. I'm stuck in this village.  

I have been stuck around Gökçe for days.  The wind refuses to pick up.  There is a tall mountain on the North, towering almost 3000 feet over Akyaka, which is too long to fly around in a single trip. After a low flight (too low!) I landed on the East side of Çörüş, which is a tiny town on the East of Gökçe. There doesn't seem to be much happening in Çörüş.

My adventure started about a week ago. I'm flying a glider in real-time weather, recording all my flights, and posting them on YouTube.   I only launch using a winch.  I allow myself to land anywhere I can. I started from the west end of Crete, heading East.  I made it to Gocke, in SW Turkey.  I'm currently stuck there, waiting for the wind to turn up and preferably turn to come from the west.
